Fitin for Claude and ChatGPT

The Fitin connector brings Fitin's location data into Claude and ChatGPT. Ask about any place in mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands and the assistant answers with Fitin's figures, their dates and their official sources: property prices, rents, mortgages, demographics, income, climate, safety, amenities and infrastructure.
Who can use it
The connector is included in every Fitin subscription, at no extra cost. You sign in with your Fitin account when you connect, and the connector works while your subscription is active. You don't need a Fitin account to read this page; to get one, request access.

Connect in Claude
Add Fitin to Claude opens Claude with Fitin filled in. Or add it by hand:
- In Claude (web or desktop), open Customize → Connectors, choose Add, then Add custom connector.
- Name it Fitin, paste the address above and select Add.
- Select Connect, sign in to Fitin and approve.
It then works on Claude web, desktop and mobile. On Team and Enterprise plans an owner adds the connector for the organisation and each member connects their own Fitin account.
Connect in ChatGPT
- In ChatGPT on the web, open Plugins, select +, then Add custom MCP server.
- Name it Fitin, paste the address above as the server URL and choose OAuth for authentication.
- Select I understand and want to continue, then Create as a plugin.
- Sign in to Fitin and approve.
In ChatGPT Business, Enterprise and Edu workspaces, an admin has to allow Create plugins with MCPs first.

Tools
All tools are read-only: the connector can't change your Fitin account, billing or saved locations.

Limits and accuracy
- Up to 30 requests a minute and 1,000 a day per account, plenty for normal conversations.
- Answers are written by Claude or ChatGPT from Fitin's data. Check important figures in Fitin.
- Mortgage, yield and buying-power figures are estimates, not financial advice.
Your data
- Fitin receives only what the assistant sends to a tool, such as a place name, postal code or address and the metrics asked for. It never receives your conversation.
- Fitin counts how many requests each connected app makes per day, to apply the limits above. It keeps no record of what the assistant asked, apart from short-lived error logs used to fix problems.
- Street addresses are looked up with CartoCiudad, the Spanish government's geocoding service, to find their municipality.
- Your questions and the data returned are handled by Claude or ChatGPT under their own terms and privacy policy.

Disconnecting
Remove the connector in Claude or ChatGPT, or disconnect it in Fitin under Settings → Connections, which stops its access immediately.
