4. PostHog and data storage
We use PostHog, a product analytics platform. PostHog can be configured to store data within the European Economic Area (EEA). We have configured our PostHog instance to use EU-based data hosting, meaning your data does not leave the EEA.
PostHog collects anonymised usage data including page views, feature interactions, and session behaviour. This data is used exclusively to improve the fitin.tech platform and is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Your choices
When you first access fitin.tech, we ask for your consent before placing analytical cookies. You can:

Aside from PostHog, we do not use third-party cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and notify active users accordingly.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The latest version is always available at fitin.tech/cookies. If we make material changes, we will notify active users by email before the changes take effect.
